Hello, I’m Helen.

I’m a follower of Jesus Christ, an accredited Baptist Minister, and a senior leader with experience serving as a Chief Operating Officer, Finance Director, Deputy Vice-Chancellor, as well as a company director and charity trustee.

I care deeply about seeing people encounter Jesus and their lives transformed, and I bring together faith, leadership and strategy to help turn vision into lived reality.

I love marmite, lavender, Norfolk and the sea.

I value honesty, commitment and grace.

I thrive when I’m helping others, leading through complexity, preaching, or doing something I truly believe in.

And I’m also just like you-I have good days and bad days. Sometimes I do things well, and sometimes I get things wrong. This website doesn’t change that, and it’s not meant to.
