Project Violet aims to investigate women’s experiences in ministry whilst developing women ministers. The project will help us to understand more fully the theological, missional, and structural obstacles women ministers face in the Baptist community in Great Britain and identify ways forward.

It is hoped that the project will lead to theological and practical changes in the Baptist Union
In 2020, during Covid I came up with the idea of hosting a 24 hour continuous live zoom, showcasing 48 different sermons from Charles Spurgeon, presented by 48 hosts across 5 continents. Myself and a team managed the whole project from home.
